The Challenge:

🚀Sharpening Strategic Alignment and Impact for DACH Executive Leaders

Our Approach:

✅ We designed an immersive learning journey for the DACH leadership team to align priorities and amplify impact in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environment. Create the internal enablers to counter BANI Brittle, Anxious, Non-Linear and Incomprehensible.

Pre-Offsite Preparation: Leaders reviewed personal Insights assessments, pulse surveys, and engaged in “Culture Eats Strategy” discussions over informal coffee sessions to explore the connection between culture and strategy. 

Offsite Experience:

- Introduced “spark” practices combining outside-in and inside-out approaches to tackle challenges. 

- Helped leaders identify “stuck” points and transition to “bold” actions aligned with business strategy. 

- Guided participants to define actionable changes for themselves, their teams, and the organization.
