I had the privilege of working with Chantelle Brandt Larsen on the HumanRightsAI project, a first-of-its-kind initiative providing accessible legal guidance and human rights information to everyone, including marginalized communities in Pakistan.

Chantelle’s expertise has been invaluable in shaping the ethical design of the AI, ensuring user confidentiality and safety. Her strategic choice to exclude video functionality, despite the AI's capabilities, highlights her commitment to protecting user privacy while minimizing data use.

Together, we've created an empowering tool that helps individuals understand their rights in challenging circumstances and facilitates human contact when needed. I look forward to continuing our collaboration and highly recommend Chantelle for her dedication and innovative thinking in advancing human rights.

Chantelle implemented from scratch a leadership developement program within the group with at the end an identified global group of high potentials which are going through assesments, mentoring and leadership trainings. Chantelle set up the complete program and provided a highly motivational atmosphere amongst the participants. Chantelle was relentless to get the program speced, budgetted and endorsed by senior management. As a Talent Director I highly receommend her.

Chantelle has been working with us as a Strategic Board  Advisor since May 2019. Chantelle developed a thorough talent strategy and sustainment approach as part of the roll -out of the single ERP solution. This included the HR service centre capability needs and the requirments for supporting the Human Resources function.
