I had the privilege of working with Chantelle Brandt Larsen on the HumanRightsAI project, a first-of-its-kind initiative providing accessible legal guidance and human rights information to everyone, including marginalized communities in Pakistan.
Chantelle’s expertise has been invaluable in shaping the ethical design of the AI, ensuring user confidentiality and safety. Her strategic choice to exclude video functionality, despite the AI's capabilities, highlights her commitment to protecting user privacy while minimizing data use.
Together, we've created an empowering tool that helps individuals understand their rights in challenging circumstances and facilitates human contact when needed. Chantelle implemented from scratch a leadership developement program within the group with at the end an identified global group of high potentials which are going through assessments, mentoring and leadership trainings.
