Hilary is an Organisation Design and Development professional with extensive experience of transformation programmes and change projects for global companies across mature economies and emerging markets.
She is a skilled NED and Board member with depth of expertise in Business, Finance and Internal Auditing.
Chantelle leads as a Board Advisor ORSC coach on Org. Development and Org. Design leader for future strategic fit. She has 20 + years of experience leading programs across 90+ countries. She gained cross-industry experience in-house and consulting, developing human and digital solutions for multiple clients, Org—design (OD) and development, operating model, transformational talent, and learning landscapes, fixing in-flight challenges and leading from scratch projects.
She does research in human augmentation and generative AI and amplifies others' impact in her board roles. Her unique multi-sector experience includes in-depth research into the successes and failures of AI via critical incident interviews in 12 companies. She identified a pattern of human dimensions as key, focusing on equality, equality and ethics. Coupled with strong coaching in ORSC ICF ™, Facilitation Theory U®, MIT, MCIPD,AgilePM® and MSP®.
She embodies living a life creating memories, where she travelled the world with her family. In COVID, she learnt how to increase a sustainable life from her garden to the table. She lives a life of balance, collaboration and thriving as a virtual native with her hubby and two kids based in Switzerland but with three citizenships. To supersede the racism of Switzerland, she works globally (and sees herself as an unlimited global citizen).

First, you might ask, 'Why is Chantelle doing all these things'? Whilst it's a book, the truth is I almost died from racism and marginalisation.
3 of the biggest traumas:
Part of me did die, and I became fearless—fearless to see and question what was not working and what needed to happen to be the change I wanted to see in the world. Change is complex, like a Rubik's cube. Effective change needs a different approach: top-to-bottom, collaboration across, bottom-up grassroots, and inside out; wollah you have systematic-x. Did I mention I am AuDHD! So when you see the whole puzzle it's a bold agenda.
These traumas led me to shape a new system: leading change with 'Equity by Design' and 'Multi-Level.' To live differently and operate a portfolio of Global impact in human transformation that will always be visible, never owned by someone else and is truly JEDIB across system levels. I'm lucky because of past successful relationships, to be able collaborate with big names and bring the best to custom solutions.
In my 25+ years, I've led and advised on multiple transformations across 90 countries with 50+ companies and fine-tuned with ORSC ICF ™ coaching, systematic transformation methodologies Theory U® MIT, MCIPD, AgilePM® and MSP®; yes I know my craft!
I choose 'to be the systematic change' I could not see in the world and supersede oppression; I now lead globally, shining light and collaborating intensely with others to amplify the human change at the heart of what is needed at an individual, company and across ecosystem level.
